Sometimes a person will reach out to Frank or his team and request a phone call with Frank.
Please know that Frank rarely use phone with anyone. He restricts it to family, close friends, his publishers, and media interviews.
That includes Zoom calls (or any other video/audio conversation platform).
In order to fulfill the tasks the Lord has given him, he must honor his previous commitments so he doesn’t have the bandwidth for phone conversations.
Time is a limited commodity, and whenever he says “YES” to one opportunity, he is saying “NO” to others.
Since he has declined invitations to talk by phone or Zoom from many readers and people who have attended his events in the past, it’s unfair to accept one invitation when he has declined others.
But Frank is accessible.
Two Ways Frank Communicates with Readers
Unlike many bestselling authors (who can’t even be reached by their own peers), Frank is accessible in the following two ways:
A. Through email. Here’s how it works.
If you have a question or a topic you want Frank to address, the first step is to go to his FAQ page.
There is a search feature on it. The page has thousands of questions he has answered over the years so there’s an excellent chance that your question appears there.
If you have a question that doesn’t appear on that page, just write an email to Frank@FrankViola.com and state your specific question.
He will do his best to answer it.
IMPORTANT: He receives a lot of email, but if you write specifically what you want to ask or tell him in your email, he will eventually read it.
B. Through a live event. This usually happens when someone who wants to talk to Frank recommends him as a guest speaker to a pastor or conference host in their city.
Just send such people THE SPEAKING PAGE which has all the information on how to invite Frank.
If you do this, let us know so that we can inform you if Frank accepts the invitation and when he’ll be speaking in your area so that you can meet with him while he is there.
