Here’s my challenge.
There are thousands of people in the USA (and other countries) who are incredibly competent. Unfortunately, there seem to be far more who are not.
For years, I’ve been looking for people who can fill the following positions/roles, all of which come with financial remuneration.
Finding someone who is competent (with experience to back it up) has been like finding fur on a rattlesnake.
One would think that for a multi-bestselling author, these roles would be easy to come by. But alas, they are not.
I’m hoping, however, by putting this on the Hot Seat, some of you will have connections with people who fit the bill for some of these needs (or perhaps some of you have expertise in these areas).
Important: I am NOT asking you to give me the name of an organization or person who you think fits the bill. Please don’t add those.
I’m rather asking for you to reach out directly to a person who you think fits the bill (for any of these items) and ask them to contact me.
Also, please don’t post this on some social media site (Facebook, X, etc.). But again, reach out directly to any person who fits the bill on some of these by email, message, text, phone, etc.
Here they are:
A. Someone who has a knack for bringing leaders together. I’ve had a vision for a Ministry Dream Team for a long time. Yet to date, no one seems to have directly reached out to the specific people who would be a good fit. (The criteria for the Team are stated clearly at the bottom of the Dream Team article, linked above.)
Perhaps a gifted “networker” can start the process and have one or more leaders who fit the criteria to directly reach out to me.
Even if one such person does, that would be monumental. The obstacle here is that most of my peers are perfectly content to be “solo” acts. They are aversive to co-working — a point I discussed in my book, 48 Laws of Spiritual Power.
But I’m not convinced they are all this way.
B. Someone who has proven experience in this area. The area is to get our two podcasts (Christ is All and the Insurgence podcast) in front of a targeted demographic. (If such a person emerges, I’ll explain the target to them. Experience is important here. I’ve had people who claimed to be able to do this, and alas, they had no idea how, except for using the standard methods like Google or social media ads, etc. which are ineffective and a waste of dollars.)
C. Someone who has experience in getting our YouTube channel in front of our target audience. (Again, if such a person emerges, I’ll explain what the target is. Experience is important here.)
D. Someone who has experience in hosting conferences who would be interested in booking me with a number of other speakers for an Insurgence conference that would last a period of days. This could be a pastor of a large church who resonates with my work on Jesus, the kingdom, and the deeper life or simply someone who has experience in putting conferences together.
If such a conference happened, I’d invite the entire Network to attend.
E. A person who has a large podcast audience who targets the next generation of Christians. (Again, they need to reach out to me, and I’ll explain the reason. I have talked about this in one of in the Ten Years Ahead podcast episode.)
F. Someone who has a large audience of would-be-writers as well as accomplished authors to help us get the word out about the SCRIBE online training for authors. (SCRIBE is the primary means of my income for personal needs since I don’t profit personally from my ministry.)
G. A networker with connections to many pastors and teachers who would be interested in partnering with me on THE INSURGENCE EXPERIENCE – A Mastermind for Kingdom Leaders.
H. Someone who has experienced in taking an audio file (say of a message) and creating either video animation or a whiteboard video with it. Programs like Doodle can do this. I’m looking for someone with experience to be able to create a series of videos that do this. I will supply the audio files for it.
What I’m looking for is all of the above is quite simple: If you know someone who fits any of these descriptions, reach out to them directly and have them contact me at Frank@FrankViola.com (they should also cc: authorfrankviola@gmail.com to ensure delivery).
I want to stress that they must have experience in those things that require it as they will be asked to supply examples.
