Answers to Questions about Frank’s eBooks
1. If you don’t see the download link, check your PROMOTIONS TAB if you use Gmail (it’s on the top right-hand side in your inbox) and check your Spam/Junk folder.
2. If you are using an Apple smart device, Apple’s iOS sometimes blocks downloads from third-parties. The best option is for you to download first to your computer and then transfer it to your iOS device, be it an iPad, Pod or Phone.
3. Do not try to download direct to a Nook. Download on another device, and transfer the .epub (Nook) files to your Nook.
4. There is no plan to print the eBooks (in softcover or hardcover). But you are free to print them out on your printer.
5. With respect to transferring files from a computer or device to a Kindle, we aren’t Kindle representatives or customer support. But this information should be online or you can call the customer support for Kindle. I’ve been told you email the files to your Kindle email address (via attachments), and the files will show up in your Docs folder on your Kindle. If you have trouble, read these instructions from Amazon Kindle.
6. The books will not be put into audio. But most of my print books are available in audio – click the titles at frankviola.org/books
7. If you are using iBooks, the ePub (Nook) version of the books will be work in iBooks.
8. If the book doesn’t download on your tablet, use a computer to download them then transfer to your tablet.
9. If you can’t open the zip file with your browser, try Internet Explorer. This usually works.
10. If you have a Nook and you want to transfer the PDF books to it, click here and read the instructions.
11. If your link expired, send the transaction ID to PTMIN @ aol.com – the transaction ID was sent to you via an email. It looks like this “t=9939383838838383” (your own unique number).
12. In order to open any of the PDFs, you need Adobe Reader. It’s free online here: http://get.adobe.com/reader
