Here’s how to set up your interview with Frank on your podcast.
The interview you will do with Frank will be 30 minutes, and it will be replayed on his Christ is All podcast.
1. If your podcast contains both audio and video, Frank will use a still photo of himself during the interview (for the video portion) or we can send it to you via email attachment. He’s done this many times, and it’s never been an issue. Here’s an example of an actor who did his interview this way: Titus Welliver Interview. (Frank raised this standard of “no video” many years ago, and it’s not something he will compromise on. But again, it’s never been an issue for any podcast host.)
2. At the beginning of your interview with Frank, state your name, the name of your podcast, and who your podcast is for. This part will be retained in the replay on Frank’s show.
Example 1: “Welcome friends to another edition of [name of podcast], the podcast for [the audience it’s for], and I’m your host [your name].
Example 2: “Welcome friends to another edition of StretchToday, the podcast for athletes, and I’m your host Tony Petroni.”
3. If the podcast is on YouTube, we ask that comments be disabled. (This is for protection as there are many trolls and mentally unstable people who troll Christian leaders via YouTube interviews.)
4. Please use this bio line when you introduce Frank to your audience:

5. You can choose any of these books of Frank’s to discuss on your show. The newest is The Untold Story of the New Testament Church: Revised and Expanded.
You can also interview Frank on the topics of being an author, speaking, writing books, etc.
6. If you promote the episode with photos, please use the official photo below.
7. Send Frank an email at Frank@FrankViola.com and include the following to set up the interview:
*three or four dates and times (EST) when you want to have the interview. (Use Eastern Standard Time.)
*the name of your podcast with the link to it.
*which book of Frank’s do you want to discuss or which related topic? (Note he’s not doing interviews on “48 Laws of Spiritual Power” or “Insurgence”.)
*the medium for the interview (Zoom, Skype, Zencaster, etc.). If it’s video format, Frank will not have a camera, only audio. (So if it’s done on Zoom, a still image will appear on his side of the screen.)
After the interview, we ask that you send Frank a .wav file of the recorded interview or if it was recorded on Zoom, the .mp4 file. (If that’s not possible, send him the .mp3 file.)
The entire interview will be replayed on Frank’s Christ is All podcast (or the best excerpts from it) which currently has over 2 million downloads. It may air before yours does, but that’s fine because it’s a different audience.
The beginning part of the interview that includes your introduction (#2 above) will be retained in the replay.
Everyone in cross-promotion the group will be given the link to promote it. (You may also post the link to the original interview for promotion in the group if you like.)
Once you give Frank the recorded audio file for the reply, he will send you his 5-question print interview to be published on his Patheos blog (as promised on the registration page).
Once it’s published, the link will be given to everyone in the group to promote on social media.
